The Waterfront is on Deck 8 and is ¼ mile long. It provides a nice walking area, an outside bar and outside dining areas for many of the specialty restaurants. Strolling along The Waterfront is a wonderful experience anytime of the day or night. In the early morning it’s a great spot for walking or finding an empty table and chair to sit and read a book before the rush of the day starts. During the lunch hour many of the Specialty Restaurants have outside seating or have an outside bar. You will find cocktails are very enjoyable with a sea view and breeze. Enjoying the warm sunshine with views of the sea are another perfect way to relax. In the evening hours outside dinner tables are available on The Waterfront Specialty Restaurants but require dining reservations. Dining in port allows you to view the night lights of the port. Puerto Rico, Nassau, St. Thomas, Barbados, and Tortola provide warmth and ports with a great view.

Dress Code is casual with a few dress ups. Good restaurants would like long pants, no jeans, collared shirt. One night will be designated as Dress Up Night with some people wearing long dresses , suits, etc. but it is optional.

Moderno is a Brazilian Steak House with dining inside and outside. This restaurant has an extensive salad bar with soup, salads, breads, cheese, and lots of specialty items. You will be given a green card and a redcard. Green lets the servers know you are ready for meats. The grilled meats are steak, chicken, sausage, lamb, kabobs, etc. The waitor even brings side items of vegtables and potato which is served family sytle. This is a great specialty restaurant if you are hungry as you can sit and eat all night. The service is great. A little known secret is to get a table on the inside wall which over looks the Manhattan Room on the Burn the Floor Dance Nights as the view is one of the best of that show.

Neighborhood Bar and Grill is an Irish Pub with complementary food has billiards, arcade games and a two story high sports screen. This restaurant is available upon boarding for lunch and drinks and is always open except during the life boat drill. The food was great comfort food. This 24/7 restaurant is located right outside the casino should you be hungry.
Shanghai’s Noodle Bar
Shanghai’s Noodle Bar is a la carte with dim sum, fried rice, etc.

Manhattan Room
The Manhattan Room is complementary dining with a dance floor and windows from floor to ceiling and is two stories high. Burn the Floor is preformed in this supper club. Check your Daily for show times in the Manhattan Room on Deck 7. Reservations are reccomended for dinner. B, L, and D are served in the Manhattan Room which has waitress service. There is a slight upcharge on select items during dinner.

Bake Shop is Ala carte. This was open on Embarkation Day from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

Dolce Gelato is ala carte ice cream and is usually open on Embarkation Day from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM.
Room Service
Pizza 24/7 is room service to anywhere on the ship for $5 per person. There is a small upcharge for room service of menu items.
Raw Bar
The Raw Bar is oysters, wine and snack meals and is ala carte
Wasabi
Wasabi is a sushi bar and Yakitori Grill and is ala carte.
Margaritaville
Uptown Bar and Grill is now Margaritaville and is ala carte. They are usually open for lunch on out to sea days. The Nacho Platter was enormous! They do serve a cheeseburger from Paridis. All the portions were huge. You will find it very relaxing to sail along listening to Jimmy Buffet music and drinking beer by the sea. This is a great place for a long, long, lunch.
Atrium Cafe and Bar
There is a bakery stand and coffee bar located in the Atrium. The center area has a cocktail bar.
Sabrett
Look around and you will find the Sabrett Hot Dog Stand. Just a little taste of New York for you.
