Hotel has a very nice welcome area with bar service, outside sitting areas with bar service, the Bracken Place Bar, Bracken Place Lounge, and Bracken Place Restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Of course afternoon tea is available and should be pre-ordered before your arrival. This hotel has a business center, meeting rooms, offers laundry/valet services, area transportation, room service and of course this hotel is non-smoking.
Rooms were excellent, food in the restaurant and bar was delicious and drinks were wonderful.
Note: I’d to especially thank Chris Hudson for handling all our arrangements, greeting us on arrival, ordering a car to the cruise terminal, and making sure our stay was perfect.
If you are taking a cruise be sure to arrange transportation the day you arrive. Car Services can get jammed up when cruise ships are departing the Cruise Terminal. People making arrangements day of cruise had to wait until 2 and 3 in the afternoon to get a car or a cab. Make arrangements as soon as you arrive at this hotel.
